Rear Fender Mount

After asking the tire manufacturer (AVON) how much these particular tires grow at high speeds (just under half an inch) I used the old hose trick we’ve all seen on Orange County Choppers and Biker Build-Off to space the fender. I then coped a threaded bung for fitment and tacked her on. What you cant see inside the fender is a .125 inch flat bar support that is bolted on through the fender.

Rear Master Cylinder Relocation

Since I chopped up the sprocket cover and the mount for the rear master cylinder, I now need a new place to mount it. After eyeing the brake pedal and frame I figured I’d just mount it to the frame with some bungs. As long as I don’t plan to use the inner frame tube for wires or brake lines I should be good to go. Or stop!

Holy clutch cover!

Sportster Clutch CoverHere’s a cool trick I’ve seen done in a magazine somewhere. The seal for the clutch cover is actually more toward the center of the cover, leaving room for some mean lookin’ holes.

I decided against the old bmx style pegs. Just didn’t go with the old style I’m going for.
